Superior Sales & Services was founded in March 2015 in Willemstad, Curacao a small island in the Caribbean. Our goal is to enter the market with Authentic Designer Watches of superior quality below retail prices. We started in 2015 as a pilot concept to acknowledge how the public reacts to the brands and styles we offered. After 3 years we have received enough reactions and experience with the brands that we offer. Therefore in 2018 we established Superior Watch Shop, an online shop that sells Authentic Designer Watches below retail prices including industry warranty standards. The brands we currently carry our Michael Kors, Diesel, Hugo Boss, Emporio Armani, Marc Jacobs, Caravalle New York & Burberry.
We work with 2 main distributors in the USA & Europe, our distributor in the US has app. 100 different models in large quantities (shipping duration around 5 – 10 business days) and our distributor in Europe has app. 1000 different models also in large quantities (shipping time 10 – 15 business day). Contact us to see which models can be shipped faster than usual!
We also provide extra discount for watches that have a longer shipping duration then usual, we will display this extra discount on our website, social media or you can always contact us freely for this discount code.

How do can I place an order ?
To place an order you can click on shop by brands, click on the watch of your interest to have a better look at the picture and also too see the details of the watch then add to cart to add the model(s) that you are interested in buying. Proceed to your cart and click on Checkout, then you can add your shipping & billing address. Shipping internationally usually costs between $25 – $30 for 1 – 2 watch(es). Depending on the weight of the product. After this step you can finally proceed to the last step which is the payment, this is possible Online with credit card when the payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation on the screen and in your email. The shipping duration depends on each model but this can very between 5 – 15 business days depending on the location of the watch of your interest.
What payment methods can I use?
At the moment we provide 3 payment methods for local customers in Curacao which is Cash, Wire transfer (MCB online) and Credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) transfers Online safely with 3dSecure. For international customers payments are only possible with online Credit card transfer or wire transfer up on request (additional fees may apply).
Do you offer warranty?
We offer warranty on all of our watches, 3 month warranty on the band, stones, screws and small parts. 6 month warranty on the movement. Oxidation or normal wear and tear are not covered. Warranty for international customers does also applied but in this case the customer should contact us on our website or by email online@superiorwatchshop.com for instructions.
Do you ship internationaly?
We have partenerd with DHL Express to ship worldwide, safely with tracking number. Do not hesitate to contact us if you love abroad!
Are the watches original?
Yes, we have more then 6 years of experience in the watch business and since 2015 we have been selling 100% authentic watches below retail prices. All watches have their own model number to prove authenticity.
